How it works

Seren is a structured digital programme designed to support you through menopause.Across five levels, you’ll explore what’s happening in your body and mind, and learn practical ways to handle changes in mood, stress and sleep. You’ll also look at how menopause can affect work, relationships and intimacy, with space to reflect on what matters most to you.Move through the programme step by step, at a pace that feels right for you. Each step takes just a few minutes.

8 in 10 women going through menopause experience symptoms¹.

Of those, two-thirds experience hot flushes, disrupted sleep and mood changes².

Two-thirds say symptoms negatively affect them at work³.
